# Cambia manualmente la presenza dell'estensione

Questa guida spiega come modificare manualmente lo stato di presenza di un utente.

### Procedura

📁 Per modificare lo stato di presenza, segui questi passaggi:\
      \
    1️⃣ Accedi al portale PBX, vai su **Interno.**\
    2️⃣ Nell'elenco Estensioni, trova l'estensione desiderata.\
    3️⃣ Nella colonna Presenza, seleziona uno stato dall'elenco a discesa.\
    4️⃣ Fare clic su uno spazio vuoto per confermare.\
    5️⃣ Fare clic su Applica.\

✔️ Risultato: il nuovo stato di presenza è sincronizzato con i client Voxx.<br>
